Booking Deposit
A deposit of RM100 per person is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please contact us at least 3 days before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the appointment may result in the deposit being forfeited.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals of more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or appointments cancelled due to late arrival.
Refunds
Booking deposits are generally non-refundable, as the appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If Colour & Fit Studio needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of any payment made for the affected appointment.
Once a consultation has been completed, payments for the completed service are non-refundable, except where required under applicable Malaysian law.
